Edge and Corner Support
Nomaco has a long history of providing custom extruded profiles for bedding edge and corner support. Our products have been proven to withstand the rigor of supporting the edges and corners of the mattress while improving tailoring. We offer a wide variety of extruded profiles to fit the most common innersprings.
We also offer custom extruded plank that provides cost-effective, easy to install edge support. We can design our plank inserts to your coil specifications to create the perfect fit.
Pads and Toppers
Our pads and toppers are available in a variety of thickness and firmness options. These can be used as base pads, insulator pads, foundation toppers or coil toppers. Our foam products are lightweight and allow increased profile height at a reduced cost.
Core Design and Support

Nomaco “Pillars of Strength” polyethylene foam pylons are designed to insert into the mattress coils to provide customized support. They come in sizes to fit the most common innersprings.
Foam Encasement
Nomaco Duraband is a continuous length of polyethylene foam that wraps around the perimeter of the innerspring to create a smooth, uniform surface that improves the fit and finish of the border.
Adjustable Base
Nomaco extrudes custom foam profiles that are a perfect solution for the shrouds and deck platform trim found on adjustable bases. Our foam can also serve as a thin, lightweight, yet durable, deck topper pad. Profiles can be supplied with a pressure-sensitive adhesive strip to speed installation and reduce labor costs. We also offer custom designed protective packaging for shipping adjustable bases.
Juvenile Bedding
Nomaco foams are supportive, anti-microbial, lightweight and water-resistant, making them an ideal material for the juvenile bedding market. Our line of juvenile bedding products include crib mattress cores, baby changing pads, toppers and insulator pads.
