Named as one of the Most Innovative Products at World of Concrete, is a closed-cell extruded polypropylene foam joint filler that is easy to handle and extends the service life of concrete by acting as an insulator for contraction and expansion joints.
It is supplied in 5’ and 10’ lengths and 3-1/2” through 12” widths.
Nomaflex-LT delivers the same proven durability, flexibility, and installation ease you can expect from standard Nomaflex. It is lighter and gray in color. This performance engineered, semi-rigid, closed-cell polypropylene foam sets a new standard for decorative concrete expansion joint fillers, with super durability and effortless installation.
SOF® Rod is a bi-cellular polyethylene foam backer rod product. It is extremely flexible and can be used with cold-applied sealants. SOF Rod is non-gassing to prevent sealants from bubbling and failure. It is available in 3/8” to 4” diameter.
HBR® is a closed-cell, polyethylene foam backer rod joint filler that is used as a backing material for elastomeric and other cold-applied sealants. It helps the sealant assume the optimum shape to prolong service life and acts as a barrier to the flow of sealant through the joint. It will not absorb water and is available in ¼” to 6” diameter.
HBR XL is a cross-linked high temperature foam backer rod joint filler. It is commonly used with hot-pour sealants up to 410 degrees F. HBR XL is white in color and available sizes from 3/8” to 2” in diameter.
OCFoam™ is an open-cell polyurethane foam backer rod that is used in window glazing and other applications that require polyurethane sealants. It is available in yellow or black color and sizes from 3/8” to 2” diameter.
Nomaflex®, Protection Board is a semi-rigid, closed-cell polypropylene foam and is used in vertical and horizontal applications to protect substrates or waterproofing membranes. It is supplied in 48″ wide sheets in 5’ and 10’ lengths.
Nomaco offers SOF® Seal Plus foam gaskets to prevent leakage and air infiltration on marriage wall joints in factory-built, modular, and double-wide homes. SOF® Seal Plus is economical, has low water vapor permeance and performs better than fiberglass. it has a non-absorbing outer-skin and a resilient interior of both open and closed-cells.
