Nomaco is the leading US manufacturer of fitness rollers. We have a full line of premium quality rollers to meet the needs of consumers and therapists. Our rollers are used to improve quality of life by enhancing range of motion, relieving lower back pain, aiding in balance and stability improvement and helping in the regeneration of muscle tissue. Nomaco rollers are customizable in color, length and diameter.
Recreational Padding
Nomaco’s Tuffpad™ is widely used in playgrounds and athletic fields to keep children safe during play. Resistant to water and ultraviolet rays, Tuffpad foam can be installed on children’s climbing systems, athletic field dugout poles and outfield fences.
Tuffpad is a closed-cell, polyethylene foam tube that is manufactured with a durable, secondary skin that increases resistance to environmental elements and extends the life of the product. Tuffpad is pre-slit for easy installation and comes in a variety of colors.
Marine
From comfort to structure, Nomaco foam products are ideal for marine applications. Typical applications include:
- Seat cushions – open- or closed-cell and meets California technical bulletin 117
- Composite panels – features high stiffness with low weight per unit and is impact-and fracture-resistant even at low temperatures
- Flotation devices – our foam meets UL 1191 and can be glued, heat welded or laminated
- Sound abatement – acts as a sound absorber and noise barrier and dampens vibration
- Livewell insulation – keeps water cooler for longer periods of time and can be used as a cooler in extreme heat
Other Products
Agricultural Frost Protection
Every year, cold weather and unwanted pests create damage to trees, seedlings and crops, resulting in significant losses for farmers. Our agricultural foam product can be wrapped around a tree trunk to help reduce or eliminate plant damage or loss.
Oil Containment
When oil spills occur on waterways, containment systems are put in place to minimize the amount of oil dispersion that can pollute shorelines, fish populations and other natural resources. Nomaco extrudes polyethylene foam logs that serve as the core flotation element of these containment systems. The use of these flotation devices helps concentrate more oil in thicker surface layers resulting in faster recovery and reduced damage to the environment. Nomaco foam logs do not wick or absorb water, are compliant with the 1990 clean air act, and have superior buoyancy compared to “fence” style oil boom products.
