Machine Operator

Some of this position's requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate various types of machines throughout the production process.
  • Perform routine set ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure product specifications are adhered to as related to product quality and packaging requirements.
  • High school diploma or GED. Two years of related manufacturing experience, including one year operating machinery
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Production Associate

Some of this position's requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Remove material from automatic equipment and manually pack a wide variety of materials for shipment.
  • Count, weigh, measure, and/or examine packaging and contents of items for conformance to company specifications.
  • Operate light machinery, such as hand tools, glue guns, and shrink wrappers.
  • High school diploma or GED. One year of light industrial/manufacturing experience.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Logistics Specialist

Some of this position's requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain invoices; reconcile inventory.
  • Coordinate shipment and deliveries of plant products and materials.
  • Verify logistic paperwork, transactions by drivers and accuracy of orders; inspect, accept, or reject material received.
  • High school diploma or GED. Two years of logistics or warehouse experience
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Material Handler

Some of this position's requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Guide, advise, and train less-experienced Forklift Drivers.
  • Load and unload materials in warehouse and on or off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
  • Record inventory by scanning products in computerized barcode systems.
  • High school diploma or GED. Two years of forklift experience and/or training.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Quality Technician

Some of this position's requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Test and inspect products at various stages of development, using various measuring devices.
  • Compile and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Identify and determine cause of product defects, both cosmetic and functional.
  • Interpret production specifications for manufacturing and finished goods.
  • High school diploma or GED. Two years of related quality experience.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Truck Driver

Some of this position's requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive tractor-trailer to transport and deliver products or materials between plants, vendors, and customers. Maintain driver log according to I.C. regulations.
  • Follow road signs and specific speed limit; inspect, load, and unload truck.
  • Operate forklift occasionally.
  • High school diploma or GED. Two years of tractor-trailer truck driving experience.
  • Valid North Carolina CDL and forklift license.
  • Ability to add and subtract 2 digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Equipment Technician

Some of this position's requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical assistance on equipment, plant systems, production schedules, and quality issues to less-experienced technicians.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain equipment per standard operating procedures (SOP), training, and department guidelines.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Identify changes needed in and complete required department forms, audit sheets, and communication logs.
  • High school diploma or GED. Two years of experience operating related equipment.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
