- Exercise & Shaped Therapeutic Rollers
Foam rollers are often used for Pilates, core strengthening and back stabilization. They can also be used as a balance training tool for physical therapy or sports training, or as a massage aid for the upper and lower back or the legs. In addition to basic foam rollers, Nomaco also offers a selection of rollers with an integrally bonded outer layer for reinforcement and extended durability.
